Argh! Hate working with designers... need a new one
Trying to get two mainstream projects done and been working with two separate designers. I've worked with ones from adult too, and I have to admit mainstream designers are a HUGE pain in the ass... some are from adult, but not nearly as bad.
There used to be a time where when you paid more, you got better quality. Now it seems whether you pay $500 or $50 you get the same shitty designs.
I asked one guy to cutup a design that we (partner and I on a project) got done and implement it (even showed him the page code and everything, said "no problem 2 days max"). its 3 pages but if i knew how to use photoshop, I could do it myself and integrate it into the site.
We are now well over 10 days past due and i keep getting told its to difficult for him to figure out and he needs me to pay his friend who is a programmer too
I have no idea why, the original programmer setup the code so it would be easy to add a design into
the other designer i am 110% certain he outsourced the design to some shitty $3/hr designer who sent me 3 samples NONE of which came close to what I asked.

so if anyone here wants some work, let me know.
im going to be straight forward... if you give me a date and you cant get it done, you dont get paid. likewise, if its not close to what I ask for then you wont get paid either.
Job #1... I'm looking for a "creative" designer for the one project. I have some ideas of what I want and the message I am getting across, but I need you to put together the pieces. so if you are interested in that, send me some samples of what you have done... dont bother if you have only done banners and some cookie cutter TGP sites, im not interested. I want to see some of your unique work.
Also, if you ask me "what is your budget" im not going to respond, i want YOU to tell me what its going to cost, dont try and feel out how much you can rape me for
Job #2... I have a design that I need cutup and implemented into a page. I know what this should cost, so hit me up if you want the job and we can talk. Honestly, its not difficult but i need someone who does not speak engrish
send me an email, im headed out soon for the night but I usually leave my IM on for a while, so dont think im ignoring you.
