you're using old mpg formats vids for your preview vids i dont think many can play those anymore unless they have realplayer if that even exits. I can only play them if i download them and open in a good video player WMP wont work.

I think the problem is obvious. You're using a back room and a couch. From my testing I've deduced that surfers hate that. What they like is front rooms and plastic lawn chairs. I think if you changed it to FrontRoomCastingPlasticLawnChair.com, you would immediately see the sales start rolling in.Comment

i would say you need a new design plus you have to look at your web site flow. that exploited site is not really clear to me. you get to a place but then you get no where. Also don't use any weird thumb sizes. Its just weird looking and keep in mind those surfers have been all over the place. They will start asking them self why your movie thumbs are all fucked up. (while they aren't, but they are fucking noobs) So keep it easy, you don't have to invent the wheel again. Then again get some streaming media, i almost always shut down a site that doesn't has streaming previews.
Hit me up and i will go over the site with you so you know what you can perfect. Trust me you do not need spend thousands on web design. just with some skills you can make it look a class A site.

You definitely do not need some crazy graphical layout, it wouldn't look right with the amateurish thumbs on there, but you need something. Either try your best to make a layout for the site, it'll probably end up looking it was design by an amateur designer, which is good. Or have someone design a layout that looks similiar to the paysites from the late 90's.
