I am 100% getting out of adult. I have too much other stuff going on, the ROI on adult is as low as it's ever been, and honestly after 9 years, if I never saw someone other than myself engaged in a sex act, it would be too soon.

The tube is what the GFY peanut gallery would call "legal", all of the non sponsor videos are purchased content that is licensed to be used on that domain.
19 wordpress blogs. These have some RSS feed posts but are mostly either handwritten or posts that used sponsor text but were made following our own unique format.

The whole thing is hosted on a dedicated box at Reflected Networks, at favorable terms. The easiest way to do a deal would be for the buyer to just take over the server at Reflected, and to take over my moniker account, which is where all of these domains are registered.
BTW, almost all of the domains have a good year or more left in their registrations. I did the feeder site project about this time last year and registered them all for 2 years when I got them.
The whole network has made 1 signup per day for the past 3 months, with zero work done on my part. No new blog posts, the tube is on auto pilot, no new gallery spots, etc.
I think fair value is low XX,XXX.....but since I know this is a buyers market, I'll consider an offer in the high X,XXX range.
