Venting because its very disappointing. Well so far, I few things bug me about these ex gf sponsors. For most, everything is done half ass webmaster section wise.
FYC is only sponsor so far with options. ACCEPT for the squished vids
Serious-Partners has nice home made video sites(Good for amateur niche). THE 1 EXGF site they have, has no flv's for webmasters.
1. MOST ccbill ex gf sponsors do not offer much for vids. The video length are either not labeled or less then 1 min long which is rediculous. Label your damn videos please so I know how long the video is. Also, try and buy or shoot videos longer then 1 minute so I have a variety to choose from. What if I wanted 3 - 5 minute clips?
2. I know most people for this niche buy content which is fine but can you buy videos that are not squished very small and look condensed? I like videos that are actually full in width to promote not videos that look like hd tv before you hit the hd zoom button to widen the screen. it does not make a good thumbnail on my site nor looks good when you watch it.
3. Plenty do not offer flash vids or anything other then basic hosted fhgs for the sites which tells me that this company started the sites and just expected webmasters to promote them but are not making enough money to update there webmaster tools for webmasters. Or just do not care. Basic fhgs are good for tgps/mgps etc. You need to keep up with the times.
4. When I email you asking if you will HOST my vids If needed, I do not mean your embedded videos.
5. MY MAIN PET PEEVE. STOP WATERMARKING YOUR VIDEOS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE VIDEO WHICH COMES UP 342344566 TIMES DURING THE 5 MINUTE(for example) LENGTH OF THE VIDEO. put your watermark on the bottom left or right or top wherever.
6. OPTIONS is key here and maybe 1% so far have those. Really one dimentional with just links,banners(with limited sizes), fhgs(mainly pics and 3 - 30 sec vids or so) Nothing really for tube/video sites at all.
7. Also home made video sites are not ex gf sites. Can be yes, but mainly those are more for amateur niche so i see programs posting that they have ex gf content when its not per say. But can be used. I might be forced to use them if i can not find what i need.
Plenty more but IMO this is what separates you from making great money and me from promoting you or not. People are putting out ex gf sites left and right but 95% are just crap for promoting. Don't offer a webmaster section If you built the paysite for your own internal network basically. If its for your internal network only then dine just do not offer webmasters to promote you unless they msg you personally. You do not have exclusive content, so most likely your content is already on all the other ex gf sites. So I don't see why people would bother you much to promote you if you do not offer this option.
I have signed up with almost all of http://www.signbucksdaily.com/sites/list/niche/2008/ the sites here(thanks for the link to your site). Like i said, very very few have what I need. This is making me do my own thing and come out with my own content so I have what i need and do things right so people have plenty of options with a program that is always up to date on what webmasters/sites need etc.
