Why does it take more then 3 months to open a biz epassporte?

I understand they have to check certain things and that just like a normal bank they need time.
The amount of time they take is incredible though.
I would not have accepted it from a regular bank.

Supply them with EXACTLY what they ask you for in the format they ask for it in, and then follow it up after a couple of days.

Don't make the mistake of waiting for them to respond to you, because that is where the process falls over. I guess they have a lot of applications that are missing something and things get buried in the volume... and if its a non US application, and you can complete the process in 3 months you probably shold feel lucky btw.

Not to be disrespectful Micheal...but yeah, I went through the insufferable account set up years ago and thought it was too long.

But one to two WEEKS? In 2009? Really? I can open a biz account at a real bank in less than an hour.

This is the internet and you guys should really be able to get things done a LOT quicker. I know Epass makes a lot of money, but you guys have sure left a lot on the table and plain lost a lot because of how godawful slow and difficult it is to get set up.
