What should you be doing daily to make bank in this biz?

In this biz now for a little over a year and half, I made 9 times more $ in 2009 then I did in 2008.

What should I be doing on a daily basis to make some serious $, currently 500-700 domains, mostley 1 page websites, some blogs, whitelabel VOD/cams, and some legal wordress type tubes. Most of my traffic comes from search engines...yahoo #1

This month has been my best sales so far...

I feel I need to start working hard to reach goals...if I want to make serious $$$, anyone have a checklist they want to share with me? my email is: parisplay69 [at] yahoo

    Any advice is cool....

This is some of the best advice you can ever get: don't do what other people tell you makes them money, do what makes you money. If you make money humping a goat, hump goats until there are no more left to hump.

Good advice. I've made a great living doing the same thing for 30 years.

                Here's some more.

Consistency is the key to success in this business. Ignore the hype (like $150 PPS) and stay consistent with whatever is working for you.

Find out what works, optimize it and scale it up until profits top off. Maintain what you have, and experiment to find out the next thing that works. Optimize and scale that up until profits top off. Et cetera.

Meanwhile, automate everything you reasonably can. Minimize the time you need for maintenance while maintaining the same level of quality. Outsource those parts of your operation that do not require a personal touch, do not contain essential information about your business, and can not be automated.

Also, diversify when possible. Be prepared for markets to slow, crash, rise or explode. Put yourself in a position where you can easily profit from sudden hypes, and immediately react when you see something that might be the next big thing. If you're wrong 50 times and right just once, it will still easily be worth the work, probably many times over.

Get projects you think you might want to put time into some day started quickly and lower your standards. That way, when you have time, you'll immediately be ready to go and have the benefit of longevity.

                    Oh, and focus.

                      Well said.

Whether doing a clip store updates, tgp submits, social network postings, forum posts, free sites, whatever. Do it consistently. Most fail because they are not consistent, and give up too soon.

                        Also very true.

Even if it is some $8 an hour assistant posting your forums, submitting tgp galleries, or scheduling updates. Get that maintenance bullshit work off your plate and go work on some new shit, or testing new shit. Sit at the head of the table.

I am so much more productive after investing in scripts and automation for sites, plus hiring three part time assistants to do the routine, mundane, bullshit. Now I am free to work on new projects. Which is more rewarding financially, and emotionally.
