Of course not. All files were in one primary folder...and I used Filezilla FTP. I used to use Cute FTP (for years) but someone on the board mentioned Filezilla so I tried it out. It took a couple of days and if I would have used Cute FTP it could have taken weeks as Cute FTP sucks...and like an idiot I used it for years...never realizing there could be such a big difference between FTP programs.

I've been using CuteFTP Pro 3.0 for like... 5+ years or something, long as I can remember lol. Does Filezilla have an HTML editor built in? That's the ONLY thing that keeps me with CuteFTP and it's a really important thing I'm suprised more clients don't have it.

His client probably spent more time chattering with PORT and PUT commands than actually transferring the data of each file. No compression either...

Don't think it does, Filezilla is pretty good though

Every single FTP editor lets you associate a file extension with a program to use for viewing and a separate one for editing which would allow you to edit using any editor available. CuteFTP is garbage compared to most FTP apps like FlashFXP.

FlashFXP and Notepad++ are a great combo.
