I actually have.

It was waaaay overpriced, and the work was mediocre at best. I had to chase down some outsourced, non-english speaking fuck for 2 weeks before getting my design. And even then I had to hire someone else to finish it, because Dickmans outsourced guy was too stupid to understand what I needed.

Sounds more like YOUR problem, any time I've had an issue with a design there from Dickmans, I went straight to Bruno, it was resolved, and the output was exactly as I wanted it.. Sound more like you were sitting around without getting your feet in the water with the designer or the firm and then when it was not what you wanted you took the product without saying "Hey, I'm not happy, please make me something I'm happy with!"

I'm a designer by nature, was for many years in this business before I got to where I am, you have to really get your feet wet with the designers in order to get what you want.

Dickmans has always been a good firm..

And I still use your template for my Players Ball passes to this day. They all look good!

I might have to use Dickmans and end the "Media" pass tradition. lol
