What bothers me its this:

" ... there is the 750.00 charge for accepting Visa and an ongoing charge of 375.00 per year just to have the ability to accept Visa... "

Any other way to be able to accept visa but skip those payments?

You aren't in the US, so I don't believe those rates will apply to you.

In addition, you have resellers to appease. If I was a pro reseller, I dunno -- beyond CCBill and Epoch -- who I'd be comfortable with.

Is really 750 and then 375 per year a lot? Like $90 per month in cost to be able to process VISA, It's something you really need that's for sure

And if your client ever considers taking on some affiliates, CCBill is definitely better than Zombaio or Verotel.
