They worked great in like May 2008... Now I think they are just tacky. The CTR is like 20% of what it used to be, can't justify having something like that cluttering up my sites anymore for how little money they make.

We have recently made some modifications to ours, like adding sound that has really increased the click through rates. We also have some other things under production that is sure to make it worthwhile;-)

Are RSS feeds useful for dating sites? How about galleries? Currently we don't offer them, but if the interest is there - we will.

I have ran extensive tests with im banners, 2% ctr is what a good one gets me, and it does not affect the productivty on the site whatsoever. More importantly the clicks from fake im adds convert better than any other method I have tried including IFrame adds
