If you like prison movies check out this movie called FELON. It's basically a more realistic INNOCENT MAN directed by a guy who I think earned his bones as a stunt man. Underrated (by myself a lot) Stephen Dorff is FUCKING awesome in it. Val Kilmer is fucking Amazing! And so was the guard who was the crippled inmate from OZ which is no real surprise either. The entire story is based on this shit that went down at Corcoran in California. They of course had to use a guy who shouldn't have been there (an innocent man) to make people give a shit and all that but still...
Awesome Prison Movie - FELON!

Loved it too. I was never a fan of Val Kilmer but he did a great job in this one too(liked his performance in Kiss kiss bang bang, Downey Jr. was great too). Stephen was amazing indeed. -

I enjoyed watching the movie "Let's go to Prison."
It included hilarious moments such as, "corrupt politician going to jail", "people drinking toilet wine in jail", and "person faking his own death to get out of jail."Send me an email: [email protected]Comment

sorry about your life. how about watching the movie mentioned on this thread and relating your comment to that? the thread wasn't titled "ex-con's opinion of prison movies". you don't have to live thru an experience to enjoy a movie about it.> low cost paysite Ownership with hosting > PornCMSComment

Sorry I offended you... I did see the movie... my review was that it's like an action flick more than an actual biography... It makes me realize how actual combat veterans must feel about some action flicks... I am not equating the two things because they are completely different experiences and I can't even begin to relate to that experience... however, you can make comparisons... just like real gang member might feel about gangbanger movies. In some way this movie in particular objectifies the experience and dramatizes it in a way that isn't really that entertaining to me. It is rather sad really... because it glorifies the main character in a way that some people will end up in prison because they saw that movie and thought it was cool to be a skinhead or involved in some bullshit like that. It's cool to be hard, you know.
In reality, he would have been someones bitch (either taking protection from an inmate or in protective custody) or dead over his actions in the movie. People get murdered, raped and extorted everyday in prisons... the ones who don't keep their mouths shut, mind their own fucking business, take care of business when necessary, don't deal with scrubs and deal square with people who have a reputation of dealing square. There are no friends in prison... there are friendly motherfuckers who will fuck you if it comes to you or them.
This business can be very similar at times... violence isn't always physical... There are way too many scrubs and friendly motherfuckers who will fuck you if it comes to you or them. There is almost always an agenda.Comment

i can see your point about the people in adult. there's definitely limited cake to go around and everybody wants a Lambo. if u have a decent site someone will straight up rip it off and CCBill will approve it. that's the more legit way of screwing someone. there's also the thousands of fuckers that hack sites, drain bandwidth, talk shit, or won't pay you.
i think there's only 2 reasons to be on gfy - boredom or trying to promote something. i only come here for the 2nd reason. 99% of my business chat & deals are done in private and i definitely have better things to do than read posts lol
it'd be nice if there was other platforms for adult webmasters to meet & chat - but this is all we have. every other board is a joke.> low cost paysite Ownership with hosting > PornCMSComment

Doesn't sound like you saw the movie at all. The main character was not a white supremacist although he had to get involved with them in a oft hand way (which is a lot more realistic than that innocent man contraption) and I'm not sure he would have been anyone's bitch. That's sort of what I liked about the movie. They didn't even give him that option or time to consider it.
But if you have been to prison than you know the only thing that matters is race. Anything from a Level 4 and up that is.
None of this is what the story was about though. It was about the forced gladiator matches that went on in Corcoran, and I don't think they thought the public would have had any sympathy if they didn't lead with the main character being innocent, although in reality, it would probably be pretty hard to earn yourself a visit to the SHU, and it probably wouldn't have been a guy they thought would ever get out of prison one day.Last edited by smutnut; 03-17-2010, 12:25 PM.Comment
