I had like 500 domains across a few servers with them, they were all hacked, with every html page getting java script installed on them. Thousands of pages. They told me to manually erase the java script myself after denying the hack a few times. They OVER charge for shitty virtuals. I would never use them again.

I will say Mike seems like a good guy and I have heard good things about the staff,if something happened my guess is they did there best to fix it as fast as possible and if it took all day it was prob a hardware issue just my :2 cents:
