I firmly believe if you do ANYTHING unto another in a harmful manner, it should be allowed through all lands, to do the same to you as your punishment....then either death after a period of being jailed (or immediate death if you killed someone).
These people will obviously never learn...nor have the chance to in prison....so why not make a statement. I bet the crime rate drops at least 25%
