Thanks for all the replies.

My phone is a cell phone. I don't have a home phone so unless she is very resourceful she can't find out where I live so I'm not worried about that. I could be worried that she might set me up and try to rob me. I have feeling, as some have mentioned, that she will try to talk me into giving her the money. She will most likely tell me that her boss changed her mind and she will be jobless and homeless if she doesn't pay him back ASAP.

When I talked to her today I told her I wasn't sure if I could meet her that I am pretty busy. She told me she wasn't sure what her new shift will be at the bar so she would call me in a few days. If she calls back and makes the offer I will agree to meet her somewhere very public then just have lunch with her. No matter how good looking she may end up being I'm not going to pursue anything. After all she did threaten to either leave the state or kill herself over $400. It is a little bit of a risk, but if it is in public there isn't a whole lot that could happen. I won't tell her where I live or my last name or anything like that and that will be the end of it.

I'll report back with what happens.

At this point I still haven't heard back from her. She may never call me back. If she does and it seems legit I'm going to meet her. If she sounds like she is going to ask me for money or something seems off I probably won't meet her.

A friend of mine made a good suggestion. He told me when she suggests a time and place I tell her I am going to be busy and out running around that day and I suggest another place. If she is cool with a last minute change and meeting on my turf it might be a sign that she is legit and not trying to scam me.

It is odd though. All day today I have gotten calls/IM's/Texts from friends with their opinions of what I should do.

I tell you this really reminds me of the time this prison chick started writing to a friend of mine.
