How bout actually telling the girls what they are doing. I had a girl show up yesterday for a few sets of anal work and she had no clue what she was doing. She knew she was doing anal but not how many sets, what sets included. Everything we asked was a surprise to her.

OH Yeah and if a girl has a flight that day.. TELL US !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was a mess. I recommend next time tell the agent to get a pen and paper, have him write it down. Then when he is done writing everything you tell him about the shoot description, then have him read it back to you then email it as confirmation.


Usually you know what you are dealing with when it comes to the reading it back to you stage of this system of booking girls.

But keep in mind, girls will also lie and blame the agent, saying that they never got the memo.




I do this often. Lisa Ann talent emailed me, then emailed the girl the same exact shoot information. The girl came completely unprepared with nothing at all, then blamed the agent.



This girl did say she got the shoot info email but it didnt have the clothes description. So since we both had blackberries, i had her pull up her email and i pulled up mine. Both emails matched and she just didnt bother to bring what the email said.




She felt stupid and i sent her home. I dont believe anybody when it comes to agents and girls.

I think the agent is a tool, but the girl is suspect too in my book. Because she did know what she was getting paid and that was a lot for what she thought. Furthermore this girls does not have a solid rep. I got an ear full from Vince Voyeur last week about her and he paid a lot for her too.


Was tough, but im very pleased that were able to make it happen.lol

I can count on one hand how many "good" agents there are in this town. Most are shit!
