I'd go with inflated PPS, random draws always seem like scams and rather cheap i've never won any, have you? If it's for your top affiliates then a nice all included trip sounds nice. Electronics are nice to, laptops, flat screens, whatever a webmaster can use efficiently.

Any affiliate worth working for can already afford to buy all the gadgets they want. Nobody serious is going to alter business decisions over a game console or plasma tv or airline tickets. I always request the cash equivalent of any gimmicky rewards; saves the sponsor a trip to the store and shipping costs.

I understand the cash equivalent idea but it's still nice to win something now and then.
we are running a 80% payout on the new sites this week and will do that again with the next set of sites at the end of the month.
I don't think we will do a random draw as they are suspect to fraud.
we will most likely go with a tiered sale equals a certain prize and then a most sales wins the trip.
As for the small guys, that was the whole point of this I would like to make sure those guys have a chance at some stuff too.
Last point yes I have one something,I won a PS3 signed by all the Penthouse models a couple of years ago at Christmas, I still love it.
