    adultstaffing.com ripped me off... chargeback time???

    I was using them for a while to try to find talent on the east coasts.. anyways. i didn't need them any more and used their online form to request my account to be closed back in july. They emailed me back asking for some more details and I provided them. Now I see they have kept my account open and kept charging me. I have the emails as proof. What now? I sent them an email asking to cancel the account and for a refund. Should I charge back if they don't?
