I have used them for more than a year now without any problems until last week... If you have sites running comus thumbs don't get nerd account it seems to overheat their CPUs .. I had to uninstall all my comus lincences in order to stay with them on the nerd account.

Just to clarify, the Comus Thumbs issue is not related the program not being able to run on our shared servers without overheating. The issue is that Comus Thumbs script was hacked and that was causing the issues. Which has been brought up here, and many people were having this same issue.

I like them a lot. Support is very fast. I mean very very fast. Some times they respond with in 5 or less minutes.

that is what their cpanel was showing and what their techs told me "overheating", and my sites were shut down by one of their techs because of the overheatingt issue... they tried to work around... but ultimately recommeded avoiding comus thumbs so I had to unistall 10 copies of CT that were running on my sites... it is a pain... but right now I have no choice... I have no time to move my sites atm ...

I had a box awhile ago but it kept going down coincidently wheneva nat net went down so i looks into this and find out dat they colo with nat net dtas when i moved out. Da support was good but I personally dont go wit resellers too many cooks in da kitchen.
