    Photoshop and actions question .. ???

    Hey sorry to drag you guys in here for the this if it is a simple one .. BUT ..

    I have taken some pix with my new Sony a850 24.6 MP camera .. applied some actions to brighten and such .. anyway .. Now the fucking image data size has jumped up to 125MB on one of the images and up to 235MB on another .. this is way to big for none PS previews to even open .. any suggestion on why this happened and any way to lower the file size with out just shrinking it down in dimensions .. ??????

      you probably did a regular save and uppped the quality, do a "save for web" at around 60%

                          errrrr.. lol .. It was actually the fact that they hadn't been changed to a .jpg .. the 2 2 in question were still .psd's and there were just so many in front of me .. andddd .. well i personally didn't think there was that much difference file size between a .jpg and a .psd .. well there is .. lol changed one that was 235MB to a .jpg and it dropped to 14MB ..... weird just something i never knew .. now I do .. ;) ..
