I have been running my modeling agency for awhile now and all these girls want their own sites so I have done something much easier for me and from some of the feedback I have gotten it seems like it might not be the worst idea ever.
So what I have done is set up a site similiar to all those social networking sites since everyone is so familiar with them by now and it is how I recruit many of the girls on my agency so I know they are familiar. I basically let them set up a profile and upload unlimited photos and videos to their profile. I then set up their own sub-domain so it is simple and easy to tell people about and get people to go see their page. Each sub-domain has the girls affiliate code in it so with each member that joins the site through them they get money. It is done that way so it don't have to work through links since most of the girls I am going to start getting will be strippers and girls like that it needs to be able to log their code with someone verbally so I set it up so the girls can just say the website name and I don't have to teach them how to do links and shit like that.
This site is going to really be real girls right off the street and off of sites like myspace and facebook shooting their own stuff and uploading it themselves. If I get a girl doing real well I will shoot some good photos for her to add something new or hire someone to do that but for the most part it will be real real amateurish.
I am still working out a few of the little bugs and wording errors from the program I am using but I would love to hear some input. I know everyone here has seen it all and so I'd like to know things I might incorporate or change if anyone would like to check it out.
