Anyone register a business in europe?

hey guys

I need to set up a company in the eurpoean union. Although country doesn't matter. I do not have citizenship in any of these countries but know it's possible without. So it bring me to my question. What is the easiest country to setup a business with? can it be done online like Canada and the US? Could someone point me in the right direction?

I own a website which pretty much all cc authroizers wont accept in US or Canada. It's not CP or anything, it reviews pharmaceutical type sources online. Which is a no no for processors. So I found some eurpean ones that will although I need a EU registered biz.

Setup in the EU and you'll be looking at 15%-25% sales tax on your sales to within the EU. Depending on the country you choose.
