ARS/Smut BE AWARE

I have talked to Topher49 (and he told me to contact Evil Fubar)... When tried to reach Evil Fubar on ICQ, he never replied (so I belive he LOST my message (BLAME ICQ)

for those webmasters (like me) who were sending traffic to the WARNING PAGE of SMUT (because they could get a sale on their CAMS program), be aware that you won't be making any sales, because they will replace your ref code for the following: "74845"

the cam link that should be like this: http://cam.smut.com/1036414/smutindex/index.html
also had that same other ID on it...

but if you go to: http://smut.com/index.php?a=1036414 there is no problem with the ref code... it will be on all the links...

but who is to blame? they still have warning pages linked on their warning page (and warning pages has gone away without warning a little while ago - about 6 months or so)...

this might be the reason why I have sent over 2.5k uniques so far (and no one has clicked on the smut cams link from the warning page) and never made a sale...

pornpf69 the answer is in my first post. Did you read it? Use a linking code and everything will work fine. You cannot just use what you see in your address bar and expect my system to track it.

http://smut.com/?a=1036414 is not a valid linking code for smut.com, Im not sure where you got that link. In fact, we dont currently offer a linking code for the smut.com main tour, we only offer links to the BYOTs hosted on smut.com.

If you were promoting smut.com directly via a really OLD link code, it does not goto the warning page, it goes to the tour. "/index.php" (would be the linking code) and would land on the tour.

Im not really appreciating your thread title, you could have contacted us on our board before you started throwing mud

my intention was just to warn about the fact that the no one can send traffic to the SMUT'S WARNING PAGE, which is a shame, because I know that lots of people are using the ARS RSS FEEDS and they don't change the default as they will see their ref code on the link that shows up as the feeds Homepage... and by that they will believe that if someone clicks on that link, they will get credits for any possible sales generated...

warning pages are only needed if you have a mainstream or nonporn domain that you are directing to a porn site.

i.e. golfclubs.com would be a hardcore tranny gangbang site
