I have one. Started it before their were scripts available to do a legal tube so had to write my own.

I believe it is a waste to start a tube site nowadays. I have a tube that is completely member amateur uploads, but am about to shut it down. Doesn't generate enough revenue to cover the 50mbps bandwidth it has been using.
