Ok so I tried googling this shit and found nothing but software or junk

I used to use a service like this years ago, it would be sure my site/domain would load a webpage every few minutes and SMS / Email me when its down.

Looking for one that supports atleast 5 or unlimited domains/ips would be better

Anyone use such a service? Needs to be web based
