Could you please help me, how can I turn PSD layouts to be compatible on WP? Using API and tags, or something like this... I'm really amateur on WP and if you could help me I'll be very grateful with you!

It's best to start modifying an existing template first, so you can learn what everything stands for.

Im not familiar with photoshop since im not a designer, but if you have it in xhtml/css format, i can make it a theme for free for ya.
