GeoIP script needed

I need to redirect traffic from selected countries to another site (eg google.com). I was thinking about Maxmind's database for it but I still need the whole thing set up (htaccess etc.).

I also need to be able to add IP addresses that would be exempt from the rule - for example I would like to redirect all traffic from country A to another site but there are 2 or 3 IP addresses that would be allowed to enter the site.

Add your IP to the IP whitelist and then configure redirect urls per country.
CjOverkill uses MaxMind database, so it's real IP to Country and not just browser language crap.
