i've seen a few people here comment that talent rates have dropped, i haven't found that to be the case so i am curious, which agency has dropped rates?

Yeah, I have read it a few places as well.
However, I have also read the opposite where, in some areas, they haven't. So my guess is it is regional, or by country. L.A. may be dropping, Florida may or may not be, then you get to the overseas providers...Comment

La direct has not. Not even by a long shot. He has all A list talent. I do believe that a lot of the B list talent have dropped their rate.
Depending on the agent and depending on the girl, rates will very. But i would love to hear the phone conversation with anybody trying to haggle with Derrick Hay from LA Direct about dropping his "A" girls rate.lol
