    Over the counter sleep medication?

    I am going on a red eye flight and want to sleep..
    Have no experience with sleeping pills etc.
    Hope someone knows of a decent OTC drug which can make me snooze a few hours on the plane.

      over the counter look at benadrly it's the same thing same dose as all over the counter sleep aids worth a shit! So just take benadrly and to fight the sleepies the next day take some caffeine

          Ask your doctor to give you some temazepan actavis, they allways do the trick for me when traveling between time zones... Tell your doctor you travel a lot and have problems with jetlag

                      benadryl is not bad but leaves you very groggy the next day.
                      booze makes me wanna party not sleep.
                      no rx.. just OTC recommendations pls

                          Melatonin work pretty well and you can get it in the health section at any store. You might have some funky dreams with the stuff though. Even so, I use it quite a bit.
