LOL, no it was those 1.99 godaddy .infos, I have a new rule: if it doesn't make reg fee it gets dumped. Sad state of affairs for the .info[s] I had really, I will never buy that extension again... I'd rather have a .com freehosted subdomain [which I don't fuck with either].

I've bought a set of about 50 a couple of times now, while the sale was on... come renewal time I'd still done nothing with them.

I wonder if GD make a loss on the first year in the hopes of people renewing them? How can they sell them so cheaply?

If they are quality top keywords domains they are still valuable, if they just cool names or low traffic keywords then it's not worthy to keep them.

I bought a domain the other day. It was a .com

Normally its 10 bucks or something but if you add the .info its 7.60 for both.

I guess they are trying to get you to renew 2 domains the next year for 20.00 bucks

Yeah I never even checked what it cost, but GD had em on auto renew so I knew I stood to get fucked for sure.
