I haven't come across a social bookmarking site that doesn't allow adult, other than niched networks, like news only or about dogs, some crap like that.

I'm pretty sure the top 50 major bookmark networks allow adult. Maybe a couple that don't, but it would be rare.

Out of the major networks, I can't recall one that doesn't allow porn. Not saying some don't, but it's rare enough I can't remember any that didn't.
