    Need web host with excellent TELEPHONE support on small accounts

    We have a client who is looking for a new web host. Telephone support is important to him -
    he doesn't want to use email or a support ticket system. He has a small site, so mainly I've
    been looking at shared hosting. Our top four favorite web hosts have good email support, but
    three didn't answer the phone and the fourth doesn't include phone support for smaller accounts.
    Any suggestions for web hosts who answer the phone for less than $60 / month?

    If you ARE a web host and you're about to reply, also note that we'll be on the server helping him.
    That means that if you're not technically proficient, so you're using the default Apache
    configuration from your distribution, which is designed for a tiny site, we'll notice. If you don't
    know what UseCanonicalName is and you haven't set MaxClients correctly, please don't bother
    replying.

                  So far Webair seems the best choice, though the plans you offer don't fit his needs exactly.
