Links Organiser question

I'm using Links Organiser and just started link trading. Right now I am only trading hard links with sites and am displaying the links on mysite.com/index.shtml.

Now I want to start traffic trading and want to display those links on mysite.com/tube. I don't want the trades that I'm displaying on index.shtml on mysite.com/tube. How should I do this? Should I add mysite.com/tube as a new site in LO? Is that the way to seperate groups of trades on the same domain?

I want the links on mysite.com/tube displayed as toplist. Should I only set 'Trades Output Order' to 'Incoming Unique Hits'?
