I think this may be why you haven't had many people respond to your request. I contacted CCBill today about RSS feeds, and this is what I was told:

Me: Hello Tamara. How do I use/find RSS feeds so affiliates can get credit for sales that way?

Me: Here are a couple of examples:

Tamara R.: That's something that their programmers have created for them, but it's not something that ccbill offers or supports.

Tamara R.: You may try contacting the webmasters of those sites to ask what their setups are, many of the webmasters are very generous in giving tips regarding what they use to setup their services.

Me: This may be an area that ccbill may want to look into. RSS feeds are very popular now, and it would generate more money for both sites and ccbill one would think.

Tamara R.: Thank you for the suggestion, I will pass it along

there is a plugin for WP that does the RSS Feeds and is not really expensive (specially if you consider the fact that less than 10 sales will cover the price paid for it) called The Sponsor Feeds which can be found at: http://www.thesponsorfeeds.com/

I will even sign up for new accounts on some sponsors that I already have and have not been promoting lately if someone lets me know that they have good RSS Feeds...
