I'm not going to watch the video but there are millions of retired and even active soldiers. Many injured, many not. With millions of service members out there, you are going to find a very wide range of opinions and ideas. And considering that many service members come from low income households, its pretty fair to say that quite a number of service members are not going to be all that sharp.

I agree 100%. I work with a TON of dumb asses. It's impossible to prevent idiots from joining up in a time of war.

Even though he is wearing a uniform...he states that he served and received an Honorable Discharge...so he probably is not on active duty...but he could be. If he is and his Commander sees the video he will be in a certain amount of hot water.

None the less...his opinion...is just that...one man's opinion. BTW...any bill or any act of Congress and/or the Executive branch...and the constitutionality there of...is determined by the 9 Justices of the Supreme Court...so when he or anyone else makes the remark that something is unconstitutional...it is not unconstitutional until...or when...the Supreme Court rules it to be unconstitutional. That is our system people.
