Seems like these conventions are like one big social release for webmasters who I suspect spend so much time behind computers they don't get out much to socialize. Do porn webmasters tend to be more introverted as a group?

I get out plenty. I think the shows are great to talk shop face-to-face with the people we talk to online all day.. and mix that with a bunch of alcohol and you have one bad ass party
