Streaming porn is one of those innovations you are asking for.

the only people who are saying that are those who couldn't make a buck without giving away the farm and everything else to make a sale and the sheep who parrot what those people say.

Many people confuse replication with innovation. It will be fun watching all the sheep follow each other off a cliff.

The only inovation might be to bring pictures back. Tubes can't do shit to hurt ratios at quality picture sites.

Check out Pretty Ricky app all the way to the left. Users download the app and companies and models can provide true interaction tailored for their fans. Video can be protected and it does stream as well as providing additional information that personalizes the experiences for the user and its scalable.

Yup remember being told that HD was worthless to try and sell too when we first started shooting HD. Everyone called me an idiot for saying we needed to protect our content and a streaming model was the best choice for this. Now there is a large percentage that agree with me. But hey what do I know...

I can innovate all day long ;) If I had capital I could make it happen even faster! I have a lot of ideas and use the sites in my sig as a dev playground for myself. I have about three more sites to launch in order to create the entire networking of subdomains that I'll be basing a huge amount of additional functionality on to tie the network together... check in mid next year, hahah. But I digress...

There are a ton of great ideas that aren't being done yet... Here's a multi million dollar idea for a content provider interested in innovating:

Check out TVersity ... It's a Flash desktop app written to stream media to UPnP A/V or DLNA Devices ... How about one of these major sponsors create their own application that's free to download and contains a good amount of free content (read private tube) ... Then offer a premium service to get ALL the content ...

It makes it so that anyone with a subscription to your site can enjoy porn (even better in HD) streamed to whatever device they want in their house... My Samsung TV does this automatically... or a PS3, or an XBox 360, or any one of the myriad of devices out there now. The vast majority of porn goers probably don't know how to download stuff, setup all the streaming services they need, etc... but if you packaged it all neatly for them, I think you'd have something... and I'm sure this will only be gaining momentum as DLNA becomes integrated in more and more TVs right off the shelf.

Do you really think everyone enjoys jerking off in their office chair poised in front of a computer? There just aren't too many other options... This way you can sit on your couch, be in bed with your significant other, or whatever ...
