M3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got 97 m3 sedan
back in the day it was fastest sedan in North America and Best Handling Car in North America.

Even though it has less hp than Acura, it still much faster, and handling is unbelievable

M3 I had a 98 for several years, great car. I regret selling it.

$650 at Dinan will liberate 30 HP from that honey too.

I got a ticket driving to LA doing 118, insurance suddenly became financially unrealistic.

I had that car for 3o,ooo miles and the only problem I EVER had with it, aside from loving it more than my girlfriend was the left fog light kept dying on me.

I'm too embarassed to admit it.

Okay you beat it out of me, I got a Prelude SH. Cheap payments, cheap insurance, and I sold the M3 for more than I paid for the Honda.

Well if you're 19, unless you sling mad porn you probably can't afford it.

The M3 I bought new, and was paying like $600+ a month after putting ten grand down on the thing. Insurance was $200 a month.

After the ticket they wanted $500 a month in insurance.

The Lude with 25% down (like $6k I think) was less than $400 a month and insurance was still a little over $200 a month.

You can find a used M3 for around $30k. If it has serious miles on it you can grind the seller but it doesn't really matter those things will do 200k miles easy.

I see you are Canadian...
300.00 a month Canadian is like 130.00 US.

Not too bad.....

You can't compare a Honda/Acura to an M3 two different worlds, maybe a Honda/Acura to a Toyota/Lexis but not an M3.

Kevin

If you get a Acura CLS, don't be surprised if your transmission fails on you.

The E36 M3 is a solid car (the newer E46 M3 engines blow up).

Stay away from the CLS.

I had a 99 M3 very solid no issues, a 240 HP M3 will blow by a 260 HP Acura it's not all about the numbers.

I turned it in 9 months ago for the New E46 M3, I was aware that the early E46 would rev to high and spin the rod bearings, but that has been fixed, I have 9000k on mine now no problems at all.

Regards,

Kevin

you got it wrong buddy, every ricer got Honda/Acura.

M3 is the closest you can go to real race car without going broke.

BTW, my friends had to order a new transmission for his Acura RSX Type S. He had round 2000 miles on it and it was stick.(thank you warranty)

definetely, definetely, an m3...

had a 98 convertible for about 7 months, just sold it for a winter car, the greatest car i've ever owned, fucking flies. a nice m3 will get way more attention/compliments than an acura anyday.

In case you don't believe that the transmission problem is really widespread ... go to www.acura-cl.com sign up for an account, read the "Frequent topics: transmission problems" section.

Stay away from that car. The automatic is a piece of crap, and the manual is too tall for that weak of a car. The m3 is a much better built car.

I'm an owner of BOTH.
