looking for a partner. we are about to start a big project which is about credit card processing. the project is very actual because there is a big problem in russia with processing the adult business.

The estimate volume per month is 2 millions $, not 1. With low chargebacks (lower 2%).

Actually everyone who was dumped has a history for years on reputable billing companies to prove that.
