I am sure you could find someone to take you on for a percentage of revenue. I would be very picky and publicly check them out. Get everything in writing, have out clauses for both parties, and then work your ass off.
I am just to damn physically broke right now that I could not dream of taking someone on from the ground up. Hell even if you had a solid fan base it still would not alter my thoughts. Right now I push as hard as I can health wise and can only risk my time on what I know for a certain will make me money, so I can pay off these damn medical bills.
Anyways assuming you can get yourself shot to specs quickly and can gather enough content to open and also have enough pre done to update weekly for at least two months, then the other party should be able to have you up in running in a very reasonable amount of time - say 30 days max after content delivery.Comment

The best barter for design is to pay MONEY for it.
She could easily get someone to do something simple for her for less than $500, no need to go into some contractual agreement and have long term financial ties to ANYONE when its that cheap.

I know they rarely work out. I just know someone will offer it. I also feel that if a web model/performer/escort can not gather a couple hundred or so bucks to buy a design, yet also admits in public that they slept in until noon just really is not that interested enough in making a site work.
If she really wanted this she could of just posted an offer to do some Ex gf or self shot photos/videos and sell them on here to a few people. Assuming she delivered quickly and everything went smooth then she could buy a design or perhaps ask a designer for a discount to fly them in her sig. While that is being done perhaps raise some more cash by doing a couple shoots for people around here and then she would have the Visa fee's and maybe even enough for a good cms, if not at least some cash to hire some labor to assemble the site for her and show her the ropes.

Honestly Misty, nobody that knows what they are doing is going to want to barter. They like cash. Would you trade services for a lap dance? My guess is no. Your time and services are valuable, you can get your cash from someone else.
Save yourself the agony and frustration and just pay someone to do what you want. There are a lot of good people around that have a brain and know what they are doing that would love to help you out, so long as you pay and not trade. You'll get much much further going that route.

Technically it means nothing.
If you have nothing though and have a desire to get ahead you will be working as many hours as you can though. You would also want to be on when the majority of the people are online and available. This often means that you would want to keep fairly normal sleeping hours, unless something more important prevents it.
I have also heard it before a thousand times, I work better at night when nobody else is awake. I have more energy at night. I am more creative at night. Majority of people that have told me that never really got that far in this business and many end up sitting around gfy all day posting and playing games online or via the xbox.
Yes you do find the few that stay up super late and also are online fairly early, these people just do not require much sleep or can not sleep for some reason. They however are not the majority.Comment

Make sure having a website is something you have thought through. If you are going to split profits with someone and be locked into a contract you can't change your mind 6 months from now.
