    Making gallons of Habanero Salsa Today for Superbowl!

    Had to get up early to start on second day of making Superbowl Habanero salsa

    making more than one batch so everyone can enjoy

    1 very mild for the fam who cant handle the heat
    2 butt burning hot habanero

    Bought over 10 lbs of various tomatoes and using homegrown habanero etc...

    (pic was uploaded via my blackberry but the blogspot image url has a bunch of symbols in it and wont load on gfy for this post)

                  throw in some raw horse radish, that way it burns thru your nose too
                  Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

                                      I use habenero peppers and cayenne, horse radish, little lemon juice, a variety of onions and bell peppers for color, tomatos, cilantro,, and a few select spices , I scare people with it, but I love it

                                                                      i wear either sterilized meat packaging gloves or my yellow reuseable gloves everytime I slice peppers or handle them LOL specifically for that reason!!
