I know the value of Owned.com and the market better than most - have you talked to dozens of qualified people in the industry with similar demographics and the niche? You may want to rethink this sale or otherwise you may get "Owned" ... $50K seems cheap. $50K for the name with nothing on it be ok, but here you have a developed website on it that's ranked well and gets traffic.

I just pulled up the site - the presentation is lousy; load time for viewing very slow - likely due to database lag.

Instead of text listing the various "owned" pics, videos, etc ... add pictures / thumbs instead - many people don't read, but they do look ... if they don't see something overly compelling within the first few seconds, they will click off the site. Spice it up!
