AdultCustomGoods.com, L.L.C. Affiliate Program Licensing Agreement/Terms of Use:

1.  Images used for tgp posting may be compressed (most are already suffiently compressed) but not resized (pixel width x height), except to make thumbnail previews.  The "adultcustomgoods.com" logo must remain on all full size images.

2.  Only images from this set or images released to webmasters/affiliates in the promotional content area and indicated thusly may be used to make banners to promote only AdultCustomGoods.com.  AdultCustomGoods.com must appear on all graphics/banners.  All banners must be submitted to [email protected], for approval.  Include your Affiliate ID Number and make sure you send the email from your affiliate signup email.

3.  AdultCustomGoods.com must appear in graphic or text on every page AdultCustomGoods.com promotional content is visible.  It must be clear that the page is a promotion of AdultCustomGoods.com.

4.  If you must use a free counter (this is discouraged) make sure it is limited to one counter per page where AdultCustomGoods.com promotional content is visible.  If you are not on a free host you should not need a counter or java for free referrer stats.  Most tgp's allow 5 links, those are 3 to other tgp's, and 2 others.  You can link 1 of them, (but why would you want to do that), to AdultCustomGoods.com, and the other to a "Free Counter"  (ex:  Sex Tracker).  Or you can maximize your advertising space and have 2 links to AdultCustomGoods.com and stop giving away your traffic.

5.  Do not use java of any kind on tgp galleries/pages where AdultCustomGoods.com promotional content is visible.  Most tgp's will not accpet this and if it gets you banned, it may get me banned for being guilty by association.  So don't use it.  It's not necessary.  If you are using an appoved free host contact [email protected] for approval to use "Free Java Referrer Stats" ex:  Sex Tracker.  Remember, this will reduce your chances of getting listed.  Include your Affiliate ID Number and make sure you send the email from your affiliate signup email.

6.  Follow all rules of any site where you are submitting AdultCustomGoods.com promotional content.

7.  Forbidden words:  shit, shitting, scat, douche, menstrual, cunt, young

8.  Do not promote any other sponsors using AdultCustomGoods.com promotional content.

9.  Using the pictures and movies for anything else is a copyright infringement, as prohibited by the U.S. Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. 101 et seq., (see http://lcweb.loc.gov/copyright/title17/) and International copyright law and is in direct violation of the international rights of the copyright owner.  Violaters and their host are then sent a letter from our lawyer, via certified mail, with a cease and desist. All hosts will always take down the content since they are liable too. If the content is still not taken down the cost per picture and/or movie is $6 per day (so if you have a 25 pic gallery that is costing you $150 per day..it is much easier to just follow the rules). COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT IS AN OPEN AND CLOSED CASE IN COURT AND WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PROSECUTED WEBMASTERS THAT HAVE VIOLATED OUR RULES.

11.  The only domain name that can appear in the title bar of tgp galleries/pages where AdultCustomGoods.com promotional content is visible is AdultCustomGoods.com.  AdultCustomGoods.com domain name is not required in the title bar, but any other doamin name would not be acceptable either.

12.  Affilaites signing up from hotmail, yahoo or other such email addresses will not be accepted.

13.  Free hosted sites aren?t allowed.  If you want to use a free host email [email protected] for approved hosts.  To get a host approved email [email protected] with your Affilliate ID Number, the main url of the free host and your url on the free host, and make sure you send the email from your affiliate signup email.

14.  Promotion videos and picture galleries must be hosted by affiliates.  Hotlinking is forbidden.

15.  The domain name of the promotion site must not bear any similarity to the name of a AdultCustomGoods.com, AdultCustomGoods dot anything, or any site owned by AdultCustomGoods.com.  Make sure your WhoIs information is not fictitious.  This will cause automatic account termination.

16.  The only place where affiliates can obtain promo pictures is in a password protected Members Section for Webmasters only.  Only these pictures can be used for promotion.  If you have a special request for content email [email protected], include your Affiliate ID Number and make sure you send the email from your affiliate signup email.

17.  Affiliates can use parts of our site's designs, logos to advertise our sites, however they can not copy entire pages.  All of your templates using AdultCustomGoods.com site design must be submitted to [email protected] for approval to ensure no licensing infringment of bought content that may appear in our free tour.  Include your Affiliate ID Number and make sure you send the email from your affiliate signup email.

18.  After signing up, affilaites need to contact  [email protected] to get your assigned username/password to access the promo content area.  Include your Affiliate ID Number and make sure you send the email from your affiliate signup email.

19.  All correspondance to [email protected] must contain your Affiliate ID Number and make sure you send the email from your affiliate signup email.

20.  Once a partner has been caught for infringing upon these terms in all, or in part, and at the sole discretion of AdultCustomGoods.com, their account will be terminated.

21.  Terms of the program are subject to change without notice.

22.  Your affiliation with this program can be terminated at anytime without notice.
