I'm in DMCA hell, god-damn file upload sites! Netload.us help
So I discovered for my new site's keywords the file upload sites/ forums have a lock on all my site name keyword combos, and the entire site is on rapidshare, hotfile and a bunch of other services. After 18 hours of copy/pasting urls into DMCA's I found rapidshare and hotfile fast with the removals, but so far I've never been able to get a file off of netload.us.
Anyone ever have any luck with getting shit off of netload.us? I don't feel like calling my lawyer again, unless others have had to to get removals from netload.us. any similar experiences?

Netload is netload.in....i've never heard of netload.us. Use [email protected]
Netload is actually faster than Hotfile. Also be careful with Hotfile, their new automated system doesn't like DMCAs with a few thousand links in it. I've noticed that when I send big DMCAs to them, only the first 320 or so files actually get deleted. |

those dudes post the links on multiple forums and blogs because they're getting paid $10 for every 1000 downloads they get.

![]() You have to follow the DMCA process first chief.
1. Submit DMCA notice. 2. They can remove it. Or refuse. 3. If they refuse, which most with sense do not, then you proceed with closing them down. Most remove the content per DMCA notice in 24 business hours. You can go after them if you can show a pattern of behavior. Such as, you ask content be removed, then 2 days later back up again, and they do not remove it. They are supposed to have a way to block it. Like RapidShare and YouTube do. Basically recognizing file names. Yes. I know it is not perfect. However it is the law. |
