Make a mint on stolen content. Then start producing your own and go legal. Same as most of online adult started late 90's. The race is on.

I think it would happen if it ever becomes easier for producers of content to get it removed from tubes and/or keep it from getting onto tubes. Otherwise the "original tube"s content will just show up on other tubes and they won't get any benefit from doing it. Plus using others' free content would be harder under such circumstances making it possible worthwhile for them to use their own content instead.Want to crush it in mainstream with Facebook ads? Funny as I have already decided to start buying content to feed my tubes in the near future. I would like to keep my tube legal while creating some custom channels. I already have colaborated with a photographer to put his work on my tube for some special channels for 2 models that do not have her own sites... though they should.Comment

It's a possibility...
Once better copyright and dmca laws are enacted (inevitable) and all the broke content guys content ends up on every tube site known to man, there will still be a demand that will have to come from within.
One thing for sure is the only thing that remains a constant is change.
