Looking for a longterm partner for new mainstream projects.

You should to be able to convert working sites that look like shit, in to clean intuitive designs - without changing the identity.

Payment will be on a case by case basis.
- First design; you get nothing before its 100% done as descriped in the written spec.
- Future design; You deside the terms

Skill requirements

Valid HTML
Tableless web layout
Wordpress templates design skills
Experiance with other CMS's is a plus as well.
Basic understanding of security
PhP/MySQL (Basic AJAX knowledge is a +)
Have either Wire or Moneybookers as payment option
25+ years old
Situation and humoristic sense
Balls

Why wouldn't the designer just do it themself? Why the need for a partner with a bad attitude?

I'm looking for a designer with a brain, who have time, stamina and balls to work with us on more than one project.
