I'm gay and want to sign up on one of those webcam sites. Get paid to play with myself and my boyfriend and whatnot, sounds pretty fantastic. I'm attractive, in shape, and fairly well hung. Two questions: Is it as awesome as it sounds? If so, what's a good site that would deliver plenty of traffic?

I know this isn't an adult webmaster question but thanks for entertaining it. I used to be an adult webmaster but couldnt hang and just stuck with my 9-5. Now I'm just looking to make a few extra bucks on the side. Thanks for your help!

I'd recommend Cameraboys.com by AWE. That's where you'll get the biggest traffic coming to your chat room.
At the same time you get featured on livejasmin.com, which is currently something like 41st website in the world. pretty sick

From the surfer perspective I would go with streamray because they have the highest earning potential for you and they have some gay cams already but not so many that you will be fighting for pvt.
