I know of some people who have similar setup with the girl to site owner etc. Really depends on what either party does. If all she is doing is just being the talent for the photos / videos and thats all, then paying her upfront is probably better than a revshare. Try and get a good year of updates in the Cann before you launch the site just incase she disappears *more is better. Otherwise if she is contributing, writing blog posts to the members, doing cam shows etc, and your just handling the tech side etc, after set up costs and processing / hosting all that, something like 60 /40 would work, otherwise if you feel the work is even go 50 50, really depends on what the contribution from both sides are...

Just my 2 cents :-)
