Mike Weiss is un-employed and deservedly so! Do not hire Mike Weiss or you will regret it? he will take your company down!

Embezzlement
Mike Weiss embezzled money and property from iPorn. He intercepted affiliate checks intended for iPorn and caused them to be signed to him without permission; and he stole corporate property including a valuable computer and data. This is a crime. Don?t let him anywhere near your money or your sensitive data.

Mike Weiss Extortion
After his termination, Mike Weiss sent iPorn a letter threatening that if iPorn if it didn?t pay him $30,000.00, he will take further actions that iPorn would regret. He couched his demand for payment as unpaid salary and sick-leave and vacation time despite the fact that he was an independent contractor. When challenged to provide written document supporting his vacuous claim; and an explanation for the embezzlement, he instead posted the ?iPorn Scam Revealed? fabrications. The company has employed an accountant to investigate both his and his wife?s conduct (insofar as his wife mishandled the corporate accounting during her tenure). Presently, Mike Weiss is ducking service of a lawsuit for coversion of property and fraud. We suspect that his GFY posting is his attempt to resuscitate his credibility in the community and posture for his next gig. Don?t be fooled by this crook!

Mike Weiss is a Liar: His claims that iPorn is scamming its advertisers are not true.

iPorn?s top advertisers are getting what they paid for.

TopBucks President, Allison Vivas, confirmed ?I am very satisfied with the quality of traffic I have been receiving from iPorn. Conversions have been excellent, traffic levels have been increasing, and the price we are paying is a fair value.?

Brazzers who recently launched its campaign with iPorn confirmed that they are receiving a steady flow of daily sales since the first day their program went live.

Mike Weiss shot his load and came up short. He has no credibility when he claims iPorn buys traffic? everybody does it!!!

iPorn does purchase and trade traffic and no one in the company ever claimed anything to the contrary. Weiss attempts to make it sound as if buying traffic is fraudulent when in fact it?s not at all. There are very few internet companies who don?t buy or trade traffic, in fact as most people know its standard practice. It actually makes him sound like an idiot to suggest otherwise. Be assured, iPorn continues to invest in long term-high quality traffic and these programs will build up quality traffic for iPorn over time. Attempting to slander the company he was once in charge of running only demonstrates how shallow his loyalty is. Indeed, if you want Mike Weiss? loyalty, he expects you to pay his periodic extortionate demands. Otherwise, he will throw you under the bus. Don?t hire this guy, he?s dangerous.

iPorn does its best to make sure advertisers receive what was promised, but not every advertising campaign is going to be a perfect fit. When Weiss was terminated he knew that there were a few advertisers were not getting conversions as quickly as planned, but he also knew the company had already been taking steps to ensure maximum bang for the buck. If any of iPorn?s current advertisers have any issues at all, we tackle them. iPorn is totally dedicated to serving our advertiser?s needs.

Mike Weiss is trying to cover for his fuck up. That?s why he?s mouthing off.

Hiring Mike Weiss was the worst mistake of my life!

Mike Weiss knows he?s to blame for many of the company?s problems. Weiss was hired to build iPorn from scratch since the domain name was first purchased. He duped us into believing he would have a site up and running in a few months if he brought in ?his? team to build it. Because of his experience at Morpheus, we believed him and thought he might be able to come through with his ?revolutionary idea.? He claimed to be a tech guru, but the truth is he?s a total fuck up. Weiss literally missed every single launch deadline ? even the ones he set for himself. He cost the company a fortune. Don?t make the same mistake!

In anticipation of Weiss?s so-called promised delivery date(s), the team planned a big marketing launch -- several times. Advertising and promotional material were purchased; tradeshow sponsorships were purchased; parties were scheduled; models were hired; and then FLOP. Each broken promise by Weiss meant another bundle of money burned!

When Weiss was first brought on in April 2008, he promised a basic version of the iPorn site would be up by LA Erotica, 2008 and claimed that a complete site could be up before XBiz Summer, 2008. He missed both of the first two deadlines and went on to set a new goal of having a tube site up by Internext Summer. And guess what? Yup, he missed that deadline as well. He plead for more time saying that iPorn would be up and running by the time we got to Venus Berlin. After a while I realized he was just telling me what I wanted to hear in order to keep his job; but the team actually believed he would deliver and convinced me multiple times to give him another chance to get it done. I trusted him again and of course it still didn?t happen. I wasn?t the only one he convinced to give him more chances. Meanwhile, the company continued to dole out payroll expenses every month for a staff of around ten people. It wasn?t until after AEE Las Vegas, 2009 that Weiss finally managed to roll out a very simplistic working version of a tube site.

I had put my ass on the line with a lot of people and Mike Weiss hung us out to dry Since I was the one who made the bet on iPorn, I?m the one who had to face the investors who are wondering why it?s taking so much time and money to put up a damn porn site. When the stock market started going to hell everyone wanted answers, and all the shit came down on only one head. Mine! One investor filed a lawsuit and publicly accused me of defrauding the company. This was not true, and the investor dropped his lawsuit. Later when the dust settled I even opened up my books and records in order to clear my name once and for all, but the damage was already done in the press. Not once did I try publicly to blame Mike or anyone else. I was instructed by our attorneys not to say anything to the press, which was also about as big of a mistake as hiring Mike Weiss. I feel like if I would have simply talked to the press to clear things up it would have been much easier than what I had to go through.

Buyer Beware! ?Mike Weiss is damaged goods!

Everything Mike Weiss touches turns to shit. He?s a great person to hire if you want to bring in someone to fuck up your company. I even found out after Weiss was fired that the lead programmer who Weiss hired for iPorn actually hates Mike from back when they worked together at Morpheus? Weiss sued him and almost caused him to go bankrupt. Following that, Weiss and his company were sued and ended up going out of business. I couldn?t believe it when I heard it.

If you want to get an idea of how Mike Weiss runs a company, just do a little homework and take a look at how he runs his family. After all the chances I gave Mike Weiss and all the money I paid him, he repaid me by trying to fuck me over right when I finally managed to get iPorn heading on the right track. He?ll lie to you and tell you anything you want to hear just to stay employed. He?ll take down your company if you get him involved. I hope anyone considering hiring Weiss will use this situation as an example of the selfish level of sabotage and dishonesty he is willing to exhibit to extort money.
