Thanks to poor planning on my part, my full-time programmer has approximately 3-4 weeks of nothing to do before we start the next project.
If you need any custom database or MySQL/PHP work done, he's the guy. Stats and affiliate tracking, review scripts, ad rotations - essentially anything back-end. He's onshore, speaks English as his first language, and works like a horse. I will bill you hourly for jobs up to 40hr/wk. You can pay him directly beyond that.
