Koenig cheated me out of the iPorn domain?by Tryst,

I was the one that brought the iporn.com deal to Francis at AdultVest. It did not exist till I thought it up and took the initiative and the effort to put it together and get it to people that I thought could bring my vision to life. Boy did I fuck up by ever bringing Koenig into the mix.

When Apple introduced the 2nd generation iPod with video I secured the exclusive option to purchase the rights to the domain from the off-shore owner and to use the site in the interim, with periodic payments, till I paid it off. I had a small team in Canada build out a site that looked 10x better than the shit that's up there now.

Now I don't remember just how I heard of AdultVest, but from the moment I made my first call and spoke with someone there, I was just lied to. Over and over. I pitched my idea, presented my business plan and my Private Placement Memorandum to Koenig. Right away he starts attacking my PPM as I am not an investment banker and he was sure that I wouldn't know what he was talking about. It turns out that he was not a licensed broker either-even though he represented otherwise.

Koenig then tells me that he manages $9 billion of investment funds and that I won?t have to look elsewhere for any more money. He said with his money and contacts he would ?take me under his wing and we were going to do great things.? I was promised the CEO title, $160k annual salary, equity, etc. He also promised to fund my adult production co backed with money from his private equity fund.

I fell for his B.S. And to think I was going to pitch it to Larry Flynt right down the street. Bad move on my part. Tall tales from a short guy?what was I thinking!

Once Koenig suckered me into giving him my exclusivity and hooking him up with the domain name owner, he made a deal directly with the owner. He hired me, at $100K less than the promise, not as CEO, never got equity, never funded my production co and then fired me after I called him on his shit. I fell for his scam in the first place because I needed money, had an ailing mom to take care of and was fresh off a divorce with no job. I was vulnerable and he exploited the shit out of me. My bad.

The moral of the story is that Koenig has no morals and anyone that deals with this asshole should be aware and hold onto your wallet with an iron fist.

Before Koenig bounced me out of the company after suckering me out of the iPorn domain, he had a graphic artist named Casey create a quick iPorn website for Erotica LA 2008. He fucked her over too and paid her just a portion of what was promised. Understandably she was irate telling him that he was scum and to never, call her again. Casey?you out there?

My (short) Life at AdultVest- part 1?by Tryst

My first project at AdultVest after Koenig brought me in was to help raise more money for his bogus Priapus fund. My ?trainer? at the company was a really good guy, never broke the rules as far as making promises and false claims. But he told me that Francis was full of shit and to just go ahead and let him make all the bull shit promises as to the performance of the fund and just how the fund manager (Koenig aka FMK) got paid.

I was told to say that Koenig gets something like 7%, only after the fund returned 3X for its investors. Only after that, would the fund manager (FMK) earn his $$$$. Now I suppose that the fund manager in the interim could draw a salary, but I don't think that it was $300,000 or more that I know FOR A FACT THAT HE PAID TO HIMSELF.

I discovered these big payments he paid to himself one day when I grabbed some papers off the printer in the back room that I thought were mine. When I got back to my desk and started reading some of them that were receipts on what Francis was spending on HIMSELF! it was like...HOLLY BAT SHIT CATMAN! Francis, you?re fucking out of control! This mutha fucker makes some serious bank. .

He just buys whatever the fuck he wants and writes it off as a business expense, no magic, and he thinks the AdultVest investors are dumb enough to buy into it.......and he`s right, to the tune of over $3 million. You don?t need to go to Harvard Business School to figure that one out, and if fucks over his investors, why the hell should I have thought that this creep would give a damn about me?

Since I was one of the people at the time that was suppose to bring new investors in, I started paying much closer attention to how money was constantly going out of the co. but never coming in.

I grew up dirt poor, I?m still dirt poor, while this faker is living high on everyone else?s dime, blowing money left and right, He takes a trips to Germany to attend some swingers ball, back and forth to Florida, Vegas, New York, this and that, all the while blowing investors money. I mean, money was disappearing faster than my wife?s figure after marriage. And none of the investors are any the wiser because he sends out these phony reports on how well the fund is doing. That was until I called each and everyone of them myself and told them.

That`s right Francis I did it. I am the one that blew the whistle on you with your investors.

And can you believe it some of these investors THAT I CALLED TO WARN YOU THIS CLOWN WAS A FUCKING JOKER!!!!! Most of you told me to fuck off!

The investors have never seen any real tangible results, not a statement, not a check, not even so much as a thank you letter, and then some of them actually gave him MORE MONEY! Go figure.....

Maybe with these new revelations, the suckers (aka AdultVest investors) might want to take a closer look on where their money has gone. All I know is that every one that worked at AdultVest or iPorn has bailed on Koenig because of his fraud. He even screwed his main man Andy, I heard, Fucking your own home boy, you lil maggot. Now he has a new group to carry out his dirty deeds?until they find out the truth too!

When the judge finally sends your punk ass up the river for the next 5-15, remember the inmates don?t use Vasiline, just a match and a lil bit of gasoline!!!! So don?t drop the soap and watch out for the SA`s too, those Mexican boys are goanna be stuffing all kinds of burritos up your candy ass.
